(1) Specialist Trauma Consultations- Dealing with trauma like rape, sexual molestation, assault,
divorce, abuse, abortion, miscarriage, loss, accident, crisis, amputations, retrechment, lay-offs, company
closures, conflict, relationship problems, sexual problems
- Dealing with Psychosomatic Conditions and Persistent Illness/Conditions
- Dealing with all 7 human dimensions: Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Sexual, Social, Financial, Career/Business
- Approach Used: Christian-Holistic
- Techniques Used: Debriefing, Christian Biblical Counselling, Life Coaching, Narrative Therapy, Sociotherapy, Theophostics, Emotional Healing
- Focus: Handle current and maybe past issues in order to move forward and live effectively NOW!!
- Session Duration: 1 to 2 Hours
- Counselling Duration: Short-term (Less than 10 sessions)
- Referral: If Dr. Scheepers determines your problem is outside his scope of practice or if you do not feel comfortable with him, he will discuss it with you and refer you to an appropriate practitioner so you can receive the best possible assistance
- Cost: R350.00 per hour (plus travelling fee when travelling to the client's premises at R3.50 per kilometer). Do not let money stand in your way of getting help, arrangements can be made!
(2) Creative Problem Solving Consultations- Dealing with problems in your business or organisation in order to increase productivity, improve performance and maximise the potential of your workforce
- Facilitating strategic decision making, problem solving, system design and negotiations
- Problems dealt with can be related to conflict, human resources, business strategy, entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, retrenchments, staff wellness, corporate wellness, management, small business management, administration or systems
- Approach Used: Egan-Holistic
- Techniques Used: Business Coaching, Creative Problem Solving, Narrative Therapy, Management Consulting, Executive Coaching, Interdisciplinarity, Workshops
- Focus: Creative and Strategic solutions and implementation of effective systems
- Session Duration: 1 to 3 Hours
- Assistance Duration: Long-term (as long as needed)
- Cost: R550.00 per hour (plus travelling fee of R3.50 per kilometer, plus accommodation if outside of Cape Town)
