Purpose: Dr. Christo Scheepers offers massages for relaxation purposes only in order to reduce stress and increase overall wellness and therefore falls within the health & beauty industry. To effectively do this, massages are offered after hours and over weekends only and at the client's own premises.

Method: Massages are customised for each individual making use of techniques from Swedish massage, Body massage, Holistic massage, Sports massage, Manual Lymph Drainage massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head massage, Acupressure.

Qualifications: Dr. Christo Scheepers has been trained in various forms of massage and reflexology by well-known institutions like Total Concept Academy in Port Elizabeth, Healing Hands International in Cape Town, Aesthetic-Cosmetic in Randburg, Wellness Centre in Pretoria and the SA College of Natural Medicine.

Price (includes travelling to client's Cape Town venue):
Male Clients: R500.00 for 1 Hour or R550.00 for 90 minutes
Female Clients: R350.00 for 1 Hour or R400.00 for 90 minutes
