Terms and Conditions
(1) This website is designed to provide condensed information. It is not intended to reprint all the information that is otherwise available, but instead to complement, amplify and supplement other texts. The author and www.christoscheepers.com shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by the information contained on this website.
(2) Any transactions done on this website and over the secure server of Setcom/Monsterpay is seen as a legal transaction of which products and/or services will be provided as soon as the payment has been received in full.
(3) If any product should be returned and a refund requested (under rare circumstances on discretion of Dr. Christo A. Scheepers only), the refund will be given less all Setcom banking charges fees and the return of the product shall be for the client’s cost. No refund will be given before the product has been returned in it’s original condition. Refunds are not given for delivery cost. Refunds are not given for software purchases or for eCourses purchased.
(4) If a client does not show up for an appointment, he/she agrees and understands that all monies paid will be forfeited and he/she will still be liable for the consultation fee for the scheduled appointment.
(6) If a client shows up late for an appointment, he/she agrees and understands that no money will be refunded and the consultation will only consists of the remaining time left of the original appointment and no time extension will be given unless under very rare circumstances and on the discretion of Dr. Christo A. Scheepers.
(7) This is a legal binding contract and by accepting the terms and conditions online will constitute a legal binding signature of the client.
(8) Dr. C.A. Scheepers warrants that he will do his ultimate best to always provide friendly, professional and high quality services and products at all times.
(9) Consultations may be done online in which case Skype will be used as the means of communication and by accepting these terms and conditions you accept this fact and all its results. If Skype should not work at a specific time of your appointment due to the skype server being offline or whatsoever other reason, you agree to just have the session rescheduled to a time convenient for both you and Dr. C.A. Scheepers.
